Digital Marketer Intern

Join our creative Skillsify team as a Graphic Designer Intern and embark on a journey to bring
innovative ideas to life through visual storytelling. This internship offers hands-on experience in
graphic design, brand identity development, and digital content creation. As a Graphic Designer
Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on diverse projects, build your portfolio, and
refine your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and creation of visual assets for various digital and print projects, including social media graphics, website banners, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials.
Work closely with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines, and translate concepts into compelling visual designs.
Use graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that communicate key messages effectively.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, develop design concepts, and iterate on designs based on feedback from clients, stakeholders, and peers.
Maintain consistency in design elements, typography, colors, and branding across all materials to ensure a cohesive and professional visual identity.
Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and visual communication, and incorporate new techniques and ideas into projects.
Assist in organizing and managing design files, assets, and project documentation in a structured and accessible manner
Support ad-hoc design tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor or team lead.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field (or recent graduate).
Strong passion for graphic design, creativity, and visual storytelling, with a desire to build a career in the field.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and creative work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with web design principles, UI/UX design, and motion graphics is a plus.
