PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Intern

Join our Skillsify digital marketing team as a PPC Intern and dive into the dynamic world of online
advertising. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing pay-per-click campaigns
across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising. As a
PPC Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to learn key strategies, optimize campaign performance,
and contribute to driving results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad group structuring to develop targeted and effective PPC campaigns that align with client objectives and budget allocations.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to identify top-performing strategies and improve campaign performance.
Assist in the implementation of tracking mechanisms such as conversion tracking, event tracking, and UTM parameters to measure campaign effectiveness and attribution.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate PPC campaigns with other marketing initiatives, such as SEO, content marketing, and email marketing, to maximize overall performance.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Support ad-hoc tasks and projects related to digital marketing and advertising as assigned by the supervisor or team lead.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in PPC advertising, and apply new insights to improve campaign strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or recent graduate).
Strong interest in digital marketing, particularly in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and online advertising platforms.
Basic understanding of PPC advertising principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with PPC advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting is desirable.
