Skillsify has a no-refund policy. All payments made for our services are final. Once the service agreement is signed, and payment is received, we do not issue refunds.
2. Exceptions
If Skillsify fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to reasons solely within our control, clients may be eligible for a refund or credit. Refunds or credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer service team with details of your claim. We will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
4. Changes to Refund Policy
Skillsify reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
